前海時代位于前海深港合作服務區核心區桂灣片區東南角，項目總占地面積33.6萬平米，總建筑面積約110萬平米，總容積率僅2.4。將建成集住宅/辦公/商業/酒店為一體的前海中央生態綜合體旗艦。前海時代東至平南鐵路深圳西站，南鄰規劃濱海大道，西臨規劃夢海大道，北至桃園路規劃延伸段，占據整個第五單元。
